JOHANNESBURG - Former Presidents Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zuma are not backing down from their fight against Sisi Khampepe.
They want her removed as chairperson of the TRC Cases Inquiry.
Justice Khampepe is opposing the application at the High Court in Johannesburg.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has indicated he will not oppose the application.
Meanwhile, the families of apartheid-era victims have voiced their frustrations.
They accuse both the former presidents and Ramaphosa of trying to collapse the inquiry.
