PRETORIA - The Madlanga Commission is expected to hear evidence linked to Deputy Crime Intelligence chief Feroz Khan.
Evidence leaders are likely to proceed with testimony in his absence.
Khan's legal team could submit a fresh application requesting that portions of his evidence be heard in camera.
On Wednesday the commission decided to dismiss the initial application, ruling that it was too vague to justify closed proceedings.
Khan is still recovering in hospital after surviving an assassination attempt on Sunday night.
