PRETORIA - Abraham Nkhwashu has apologised to Armand Swart's family.
He was testifying at the Madlanga Commission.
Swart was killed in an apparent case of mistaken identity.
Nkhwashu apologised for his connection to his brother-in-law and murder-accused Katiso Molefe.
