JOHANNESBURG - The number of wounded in the Cleveland mass shooting has increased to 15, with the death toll still standing at 12.
Preliminary investigations indicate that at least 10 suspects entered the Jumpers Informal settlement, then opened fire indiscriminately on residents on Tuesday night.

A manhunt is now under way for the shooters.
