JOHANNESBURG - The IEC is providing an update on the final voter registration weekend held across the country.
More than 20,000 voting stations were open over the weekend, with the IEC reporting that more than 99 percent opened on time.
While the in-person registration weekend has ended, the IEC’s online voter registration portal remains open, allowing voters to register, update their details and check their voting station information.
More than three million registrations were recorded during the first voter registration weekend in June.
