CAPE TOWN - The DA is still calling for the devolution of policing powers to provinces.
Western Cape Premier Alan Winde says this will make the fight against crime more effective.
He was speaking at the eNCA town hall debate on Sunday.
"I will continue to push for more power around policing," he said.
