DURBAN - The judge in the Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane trial has granted accused number three, Siyanda Myeza, a separate trial.
Seven suspects accused of murdering AKA Forbes and Motsoane returned to the High Court in Durban on Tuesday.

The pair were shot dead outside a restaurant on Florida Road in Durban in 2023.
The seven accused face charges of murder, attempted murder, and the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
All seven have pleaded not guilty.
