BENONI - Alleged Thembisa serial rapist Sipho Phiri claims he was unlawfully arrested and police coerced him into participating in an identity parade.
Phiri is accused of raping at least 37 women and girls between 2018 and 2023.
Even though some of the complainants were minors, he claims sex with them was consensual.
He has pleaded not guilty and is the first witness in his own defence.
