JOHANNESBURG - The court will decide Amber Lee-Hughes’ fate for the shocking killing of 4-year-old Nada-Jane Chalita.
The South Gauteng High Court is expected to hand down sentencing.
In August, Hughes was found guilty of raping and killing her ex-boyfriend's daughter.
The little girl was found drowned in a bathtub at her home in 2023.
Though he has welcomed the guilty verdict, Nada-Jane's father says no length of sentence will bring back his daughter.
