JOHANNESBURG - The ANC's number one has repeated an already dismissed claim of glitches in the Independent Electoral Commission's system.
ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa said the party remains open to exercising its right to approach the Electoral Court over its candidate list registration saga.
He was speaking while on the campaign trail in Ekurhuleni, Gauteng.

The party missed the IEC’s deadline to submit councillor candidates in the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Free State.
The ANC blames technical glitches on the IEC’s system, but the Electoral Commission has denied experiencing any such problems.
"So there should be a solution to be found because the technical glitches should not, in the end, deprive our people from being able to vote for their candidates and I'm certain that a solution will be found," Ramaphosa said.
"The political party liaison committee, as well as the IEC and the parties themselves, will be able to find a solution, and I'm certain that a solution will be found."
