RUSTENBURG - The ANC says its anniversary renews its energy and commitment to serve South Africans and honour its founding legacy.
The party is 114 years old today and is celebrating in the North West this week, culminating with the January statement at Moruleng Stadium on Saturday.
"We are going to be taking the ANC to greater heights because the birthday of the ANC gives us more courage, it infuses us with more energy to do more work for our people because the ANC exists for the people," said party president Cyril Ramaphosa.
"When it was formed, it was called the Parliament of the People, and we are taking that legacy forward."
