The ANC is set to reveal its mayoral candidates.
The party has broken from traditional party processes by headhunting candidates.
The ANC said the candidates will include experienced politicians, professionals, community leaders and government veterans.
The move comes as the ANC is fighting to regain key municipalities amid declining support and poor service delivery.
