JOHANNESBURG - Anger and frustration have boiled over at a heated public meeting between Johannesburg Water and Sandton residents.
Councillors have also joined the call for urgent action, seeking answers to the constant water cuts in the city’s highest ratepaying area.
Officials proposed a turnaround plan, but residents are not buying it, saying it lacks tangible solutions to the ongoing problems.
