BLOEMFONTEIN - The Free State High Court has dismissed another attempt to postpone the asbestos trial.
Instead, Justice Philip Loubser moved it to next Wednesday.

Accused two, Matlakala Mahlomola's new lawyer, unsuccessfully argued that a week is not enough to prepare and asked for a two-month delay.
Meanwhile, former premier Ace Magashule, who the State alleges was paid R10-million from proceeds of the controversial contract, pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
