JOHANNESBURG - Government and the private sector are combining streams for a R25 billion mega water project in Limpopo.
It will be pumped into the Olifants Management Model Programme.
The bulk water supply project promises to quench the water security and unemployment crisis.
The project will be completed by 2050, but residents could see benefits within five to six years.
Mohale Rakgate from SA infrastructure Fund says the project caters for local communities
that does not have access to water.
