BEKKERSDAL - Police have launched a manhunt for at least 10 gunmen involved in a mass shooting in Bekkersdal.
Nine people were killed and ten others wounded in the attack at a tavern early on Sunday morning.
The community says gun violence is not uncommon in the Gauteng township.
They are calling for urgent police intervention.
For some families, a night that started with loved ones going out to unwind ended in sudden, unimaginable loss.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward and help track down the killers.
