SALDANHA BAY - The Western Cape High Court will sit at the Saldanha Bay Civic Centre on the West Coast.
This will allow the community to attend the case of missing 6-year-old Joshlin Smith.
It's been a year since Joshlin disappeared from outside her home.
Despite an extensive search, she has yet to be found.
Joshlin's mother Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appolis and Stevano van Rhyn are accused of her kidnapping.
The state claims Smith had planned to sell Joshlin, along with her two other children.
