CAPE TOWN - Gang violence continues unabated in the Western Cape.
At least 38 people have been killed in Cape Town since the beginning of June.
And, some gangsters are now so brazen that rivals are being killed inside courthouses.
Everything, including the army, has been thrown at the problem.
But experts say more than just boots on the ground is needed to solve the issue that has deep historic roots.
