PRETORIA - Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala returns to the witness stand at the Madlanga Commission on Monday.
Matlala is expected to testify over successive days.
His appearance before the inquiry was postponed to September after his legal team requested more time to review documents related to his abandoned plea deal.
The alleged underworld kingpin was subpoenaed to testify about his role in the contentious R228-million SAPS tender.
The Madlanga Commission continues to probe allegations of criminality and corruption within SAPS and the broader criminal justice system.
