JOHANNESBURG - Alleged hitman Musa Kekana claims he was not the driver of the Hyundai i20 police were looking for in connection with the murder of Vereeniging engineer Armand Swart.
The firearms found during his arrest in April 2024 link him to several botched assassination attempts allegedly ordered by Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala.
A trial within a trial is now under way to determine the admissibility of evidence retrieved during his arrest.

The trial within a trial resumes in Johannesburg High Court on Tuesday with the state leading Sekgobela in his evidence in chief.
