JOHANNESBURG - The ANC has referred five senior members to the party’s National Disciplinary Committee.
Former ministers Bheki Cele and Sisisi Tolashe are among them.
This was revealed by ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula during a briefing on Tuesday.
Tolashe was recently recalled by President Cyril Ramaphosa after a series of allegations surfaced against her.

Cele voluntarily appeared before the Integrity Commission to address matters linked to the arrested businessman Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala.
Mbalula said the disciplinary process will run in the ordinary course.
"The Integrity Commission is the conscience of the ANC. Its work performed without favour and without fear is one of the principal instruments by which the ANC renews itself and holds itself to the standards the people of South Africa expect of it," he said.
