PRETORIA - Brown Mogotsi’s application to have Madlanga evidence leader Matthew Chaskalson recuse himself will be heard on Friday.
Mogotsi alleges Chaskalson systematically tried to paint him as dishonest and a professional liar.
The alleged political fixer also claims Chaskalson inappropriately pressured him to implicate a prominent businessman.
Chaskalson is rejecting all the allegations.
