JOHANNESBURG - Andrew Chauke's legal team wants the Nkabinde Enquiry to reject Shamila Batohi's testimony.
The team says her evidence lacks credibility.
Chauke's lawyer grilled the NPA head on a docket involving former KZN Hawks chief Johan Booysen.
Chauke is accused of improperly pushing for Booysen's prosecution back in 2012
Batohi dropped the case after a panel review.
