DURBAN - Labour and Home Affairs officials have shut down several factories on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast.
Among their targets were undocumented foreign nationals working in the country illegally.
Worryingly, a number of child workers were found.
Deputy Labour Minister Jomo Sibiya said the employer will be arrested.
"There's a serious element of child labour," he said.
"They are taking advantage of the poverty of our people."
