JOHANNESBURG - Nandipha Magudumana is challenging the legality of her removal from Tanzania in the Constitutional Court.
She argues that the process was not a lawful deportation, but rather an unlawful and unconstitutional extradition.
Magudumana has been held at the Bizzah Makhate Correctional Centre in Kroonstad for nearly three years, without formally entering a plea.
She is charged alongside her partner Thabo Bester, in connection with his dramatic escape from the Mangaung Correctional Centre.
