JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court has rejected the African Transformation Movement’s request for direct access to appeal President Cyril Ramaphosa’s interdict against the Impeachment Committee.
The ATM, EFF and others sought urgent direct access to appeal a High Court ruling that granted Ramaphosa an interim order halting the impeachment inquiry.
The order remains in force while Ramaphosa challenges the Section 89 panel’s report on the Phala Phala matter.
