JOHANNESBURG - There are only a few hours left to register or update your details for the 4 November elections.
This is because the voters' roll will be closed sometime on Friday.
Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) chairperson, Mosotho Moepya, will give an update on the election timetable and some of its key dates.
At the same time, Cooperative Governance Minister, Velenkosini Hlabisa, is expected to gazette the election date.
After this proclamation, the voters' roll will be closed for the 2026 local government elections.
