JOHANNESBURG - Convicted Czech drug dealer Radovan Krejcir is back in court.
He wants the Palm Ridge magistrate's court to investigate lengthy delays in his outstanding criminal cases.
The cases include his 2015 attempted escape.
Krejcir argues the delays are unfairly prejudicing him by limiting access to healthcare and other amenities.
Representing himself, Krejcir is expected to accuse the state of wrongdoing during the proceedings.
He is currently serving a 35-year sentence for crimes including attempted murder, kidnapping and drug dealing.
