JOHANNESBURG - Safa boss Danny Jordaan is back in the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crime Court for fraud.
Jordaan and Safa CFO Gronie Hluyo are charged with fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.
Jordaan is accused of using the federation's resources for personal gain.
He allegedly paid a PR company to protect his image following rape allegations in 2017.
The PR company owner also faces charges related to embezzlement.
The trio maintain their innocence and want the matter to be thrown out of court.
