CAPE TOWN - The decision to disband the Political Killings Task Team (PKTT) continues to dominate witness testimony before the Ad Hoc Committee.
Crime researcher Mary de Haas has dismissed the assertion that she wrote the letter disbanding the PKTT.

De Haas says she only wrote several letters to Police Minister Senzo Mchunu, complaining about the Task Team.
She said Parliament should push for an audit of guns that had been in the hands of the PKTT.
