JOHANNESBURG - Murder accused Victor Majola has asked for more time to secure funding for his legal battle at the Johannesburg High Court.
He is believed to be the mastermind behind the murder of Warrick Stock, who was famously known as DJ Warras. He is charged with premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Stock was shot dead on 16 December 2025 outside of the Zambesi Building in the Johannesburg inner city.
Majola was accused of the murder along with 25-year-old Mozambican national Joaquim Armando Pacula.
Pacula pleaded guilty to the charges of murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and the contravention of the Immigration Act.
He was sentenced to 25 years in prison, while Majola remains in custody.
The matter has been postponed to September.
