JOHANNESBURG - A Dobsonville church leader is back in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
The man is accused of kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl in Dobsonville.
The state had been working on outstanding forensic, digital, and toxicology evidence before proceeding to trial.

The case was postponed to allow the State to finalise the indictment from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The senior church leader, affiliated with the ANC, was remanded in custody after abandoning his bail application.
The community had been protesting, calling for him to remain behind bars.
