JOHANNESBURG - The 22-year-old driver of the Vanderbijlpark scholar transport crash which killed 12 pupils will appear in court on Thursday.
The man was arrested on Tuesday after being discharged from hospital.
He has been charged with 12 counts of culpable homicide and reckless and negligent driving.

Gauteng authorities have confirmed the driver of the taxi did not have a valid Professional Driving Permit at the time of the accident.
Preliminary investigations point to reckless and negligent driving as the likely cause.
