CAPE TOWN - Police have arrested a 44-year-old man in connection with the brutal murder of four men whose bodies were found burnt beyond recognition in a field in Du Noon.
The suspect was arrested in the area on Thursday night and is expected to face four counts of murder when he appears in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Monday.

Police believe the victims may have been targeted in a case of suspected vigilante justice, after they were allegedly assaulted before being set alight.
The shocking discovery has prompted a further investigation as detectives work to establish what led to the killings and whether the victims were known to their attackers.
Police are also investigating the motive and have not ruled out the possibility of more arrests.
