BUTTERWORTH - The Eastern Cape Transport Department is denying it's in breach of a court order.
It comes as thousands of pupils have been left without scholar transport due to a strike over non-payment.
This is despite a High Court order late last year to ensure scholar transport is provided for all pupils.
And, to make matters worse, latecomers are being fined before being allowed through school gates.
