JOHANNESBURG - Eskom is out to name and shame owing municipalities in a move it believes may help recover billions.
Fourteen municipalities owe the power utility a combined R62-billion.
It says the municipal debt is a potential risk to the entire electricity grid.
Eskom spokesperson Daphne Mokwena said the intention is to resolve the issue of escalating debt.
