ESTCOURT - Police killed three suspected cash-in-transit robbers in Estcourt.
Officers tried to stop a vehicle on the R74 between Estcourt and Colenso, but the occupants opened fire.
The car chase came to an end after the suspects crashed their vehicle.
Three men were declared dead, while the fourth escaped the scene.
Firearms and ammunition were discovered in the car.
