JOHANNESBURG - Former SAPS Special Task Force member Matipandile Sotheni is back in the dock on Thursday.
He is charged with the murder of Madlanga Commission Witness D, Marius 'Vlam' van der Merwe.

He was previously denied bail by the Brakpan Magistrate's Court after being deemed a flight risk.
Sotheni faces 16 charges, including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and theft.
Sotheni has denied the allegations.
