DURBAN - National Coloured Congress leader Fadiel Adams, will make a fresh attempt at bail this morning.
The outspoken Member of Parliament is returning to the Pinetown Magistrate's Court for a second appearance.
Adams is expected to apply for bail again after he was remanded in custody last week.

The state alleges Adams falsely claimed he was on official parliamentary duty, in order to gain access to a hitman convicted of killing former ANC Youth League Secretary General, Sindiso Magaqa.
Police portfolio committee chairperson Ian Cameron, has since denied that MP visited Westville Prison in his capacity as the committee member.
