PRETORIA - Suspended Organised Crime Unit member Fannie Nkosi is back in the Pretoria magistrate's court.
He will be applying for bail.
Nkosi faces charges of theft, defeating the ends of justice, possession of unlicensed ammunition and stun grenades.

Police found him in possession of state-owned ammunition, a hand grenade, six case dockets, R50,000 in cash and seven unsecured licensed firearms.
He's been in custody since his arrest earlier this month.
Nkosi testified at the Madlanga Commission.
