PRETORIA - A bail ruling is expected for suspended Organised Crime Unit member Fannie Nkosi.
He will appear at the Pretoria magistrate's court on Wednesday.
Nkosi faces a slew of serious charges, including theft and possession of ammunition and stun grenades.

Police also found him with a hand grenade, case dockets, and R50,000 in cash.
He was arrested earlier this month.
Nkosi, who maintained his innocence, said the state's case is weak.
He also said he has every right to have the dockets and weapons found at his house.
