JOHANNESBURG - Suspended SAPS Organised Crime Unit member, Fannie Nkosi, faces yet another set of charges, this time in Thoyhoyandou.
The embattled cop will face charges of defeating and obstructing the course of justice.
They stem from an investigation into a drug and weapons case from November 2022.
It's believed Nkosi confiscated the original case docket under the false pretext that Head Office sent him.
A month later, he allegedly returned to Thohoyandou to remove confiscated dagga from police custody.
Nkosi already faces charges related to police dockets and a weapons cache found at his Pretoria home.
