PRETORIA - Disgraced former Crime Intelligence boss Feroz Khan is expected to seek a postponement of his testimony before the Madlanga Commission following the fatal shooting of his uncle-in-law, Preggy Padayachee.
Padayachee was shot dead on Monday night.
Khan was due to begin his in-camera testimony before the commission on Tuesday.

Last month, the commission said it would lay criminal charges against Khan after he failed to appear at the inquiry despite being subpoenaed.
The commission also rejected his application for a postponement.
