JOHANNESBURG - The Madlanga Commission issues notice to Major-General Feroz Khan.
Khan has been ordered to testify on 1 July.
He is set to testify for as long as necessary until excused by the commission.
The commission says there have been attempts to interdict and prevent it from accessing Khan's devices and the information stored on them.
"Major-General Khan is set to appear before the Commission on the 1st of July, and his testimony is key to the Commission's work, given the very serious allegations which have been made against him and other implicated officers, as well as other individuals," said Commission spokesperson Jeremy Michaels.
