JOHANNESBURG - The Madlanga Commission has ordered that parts of former Crime Intelligence Deputy Head Feroz Khan’s testimony be heard in camera next Tuesday.
Khan has until midday on Saturday to file his statement on that evidence.
The Commission has also barred anyone with access to the proceedings from recording, publishing, or broadcasting the in-camera evidence.
Only the commissioners, evidence leaders, and Khan’s legal team will be allowed to attend remotely when he testifies.
