JOHANNESBURG - Five suspected drug mules will appear in the Kempton Park Magistrate's court on Tuesday.
The women were arrested at OR Tambo International Airport on Saturday.
Police found over R5-million worth of drugs hidden in their shoes, underwear and private parts.
It's believed the group was travelling to China via Dubai.
Police say investigations into the case are ongoing.
