Floyd Brink appointed Joburg city manager

JOHANNESBURG - The Joburg City Council has approved Floyd Brink’s appointment as city manager.

Brink was twice removed from the position.

The DA and FF Plus abstained from voting.

The metro has been without a city manager for eight months.
