Deaths an attack on communities, children - Chiloane
JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Education MEC Matome Chiloane says the food safety disaster is an attack on children.
He says there is absolute disregard for the law by vendors and spaza shop owners.
Meanwhile, parents say regulating vendors and spaza shops should have started before children started dying.

The Gauteng Education Department is rolling up its sleeves and spreading word around the severity of foodborne illnesses.
Chiloane says non-compliant vendors and spaza shop owners have no regard for municipal by-laws.
