BHISHO - The Fort Hare University murder trial will now proceed in September.
The delay comes after the death of one of the legal representatives.
Adding to the complexities, defence lawyer Peter Daubermann -- who represented televangelist Timothy Omotoso in the rape trial -- has also claimed the state is not ready to go to trial, a claim the state denies.

The 10 accused face charges of murder, attempted murder, and possessing an unlicensed firearm.
The trial has been postponed to 1 September and is expected to run until 3 October in Dimbaza.
