CAPE TOWN - The G20 National Education Indaba gets underway in Cape Town.
It's being held under the theme “Taking the G20 to the People – A National Indaba for Advancing Quality Foundational Learning.”
The one-day gathering follows a series of provincial indabas and will focus on priorities, including preparing teachers for tech-driven classrooms and navigating global mobility in education.
South Africa took over the G20 Presidency in December, ahead of the G20 Heads of State Summit, which will be held in Johannesburg in November.
